TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF SERVICES OF 66THB
1.1 These Terms and Conditions establish the contractual relationship between the Player, hereinafter referred to as the "User," and 66THB.
1.2 By accessing any section of our website or other platforms owned by 66THB, including TV, PC, mobile devices, or other communication mediums for gaming services, and/or by registering on the website, the User agrees to follow these Terms and Conditions. 1.6 These Terms and Conditions establish a contractual and legally binding agreement between the User and 66THB.
1.7 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and game-specific terms and conditions, it is the latter, which shall prevail. If any aspect of game-specific terms and conditions is not explicitly covered but is addressed in these Terms and Conditions, it shall be deemed applicable to the player's relationship with 66THB.

The User can easily identify whether these T&C have changed by referring to the Version number and the date of the current T&S stated on this page. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the company shall, however, pre-notify the User prior to a substantial amendment being made to the terms and conditions and in any such case, the User shall receive a summary of any change carried out.

1.11 Without prejudice to clause 1 above, any reference to 66THB's Games in this agreement shall refer to Casino, Rush Poker, and other Games as may from time to time become available on the Website. 66THB reserves the right to add and remove Games from the Website at its discretion.
1.12 These T&C are published in multiple languages for informational purposes and user accessibility. It is only the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between the User and 66THB and in case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these T&C, the English version shall prevail.
1.13 If the User attempts to open more than one account, 66THB may, at its discretion, block or close any or all of the User's accounts. If permitted to maintain one account, it will be the first created account to which the User's remaining deposits will be transferred. An administrative fee of 10% of the wallet balance or USD 30 (whichever is higher) at the time of the transfer, along with any other applicable deductions according to 66THB’s T&C, will be deducted for each account opened by the User.
2.1 Registration and Opening of the User Member Account:
2.1.1 To participate in any of 66THB's Games for real money, applicants must be 18 years of age to register an account with 66THB ("Member Account") and fund the Member Account as specified on the sign-up page.
2.1.2 Residents of the United States, Singapore, Philippines, and Hong Kong are prohibited from opening an account with 66THB. 66THB regularly monitors registrations for anomalies and will promptly and indefinitely suspend player accounts from these countries. 2.1.9 Users are not permitted to transfer funds between Member Accounts or receive money from other Users into their Member Account.
2.1.10 Selling, transferring, and/or acquiring accounts to/from other Users is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Deposits into the User's Member Account
2.2.1 To participate in any game, the User must ensure there are sufficient funds in their Member Account, as 66THB does not extend any credit to the User for game participation.
2.2.2 Information on depositing funds into the User's Member Account can be found under the "My Account" and "Deposit" pages on the Website. The User can utilize any specified methods available on these pages, which may be subject to periodic amendments. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some countries.
2.2.3 Depending on the chosen method, deposits may incur charges. For current fee details related to depositing funds, please refer to the "My Account" and "Deposits" sections for each deposit method. Additionally, the User's bank may independently impose charges for bank wire transfers and other payment methods.
2.2.4 66THB accepts payments in multiple currencies. The User is required to select one currency for their Member Account. Payments received by 66THB in a currency different from the User's choice will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, with any exchange premiums borne by the User.
2.2.5 When using a credit or debit card for depositing funds, the User's account is credited upon 66THB receiving approval and an authorization code from the card's issuing bank. In the absence of such approval and code, the User's account will not be credited.
2.2.6 66THB reserves the right to employ additional procedures and verification methods to confirm the User's identity during the depositing process into the Member Account.
2.2.7 66THB does not extend credit for the use of its services.
2.2.8 Credit balances in the User's Member Account will not bear interest.
2.3 Account Management:
2.3.1 66THB is responsible for administering the User's Member Account, which includes calculating the User's potential exposure ("Reserved Amount") based on the amount staked or offered for betting. Additionally, 66THB calculates the User's "Available to Bet" balance, periodically settles bets made by the User with another User, and manages participation in Games.
2.3.2 The "Available to Bet" balance in the User's Member Account, representing funds not yet staked on a matched bet, determines the User's betting limit.
2.3.3 66THB's determinations of the User's "Reserved Amount," "Available to Bet" balance, and amounts owed by the User under this agreement are considered final. Unless there is a clear error, these calculations are not subject to inquiry or investigation.
2.3.4 66THB reserves the right to offset any losses against gains.
2.3.5 Any deposit made by the User into the Member Account remains available for use until the User places a bid for a bet or accepts a bet on the Website. The deposited amount is held by 66THB pending the outcome of the bet.
2.3.6 Once the User places a bet on 66THB's website, the staked amount is held by 66THB until the game's outcome is determined and a winner is declared. At this point, the bet becomes binding, and neither the bet nor any amount held by 66THB as a stakeholder can be canceled or withdrawn.
2.4 Payouts
2.4.1 When the outcome of a game in which the user is participating is determined, or when 66THB has confirmed the result of a relevant event and settled markets, all winnings will be held for use in the user's Member Account.
2.4.2 If 66THB mistakenly credits the user's Member Account with winnings that do not belong to the user (due to technical or human errors), the amount remains the property of 66THB. In such cases, the amount will be transferred back from the user's Member Account. If the user has withdrawn the incorrect funds before 66THB becomes aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will be considered a debt owed by the user to 66THB. Users must promptly notify 66THB of any incorrect crediting.
2.4.3 For payouts exceeding USD 2,500, 66THB will conduct additional verification procedures. However, 66THB reserves the right to perform such verifications for lower payouts as well.
2.5 Withdrawals from the User's Member Account
2.5.1 Users can withdraw any amount up to the "Available to Bet" balance in their Member Account by submitting a valid withdrawal notice on the Website.
2.5.2 To release the User's Member Account balance and withdraw all funds, the user must first cancel any outstanding stakes.
2.5.3 Withdrawal notices must be made via the Website, and 66THB does not accept withdrawal requests via telephone or email. Employees are not permitted to bypass these instructions.
2.5.4 For user protection, the maximum withdrawal amount is USD 5,000 per twenty-four hours, unless a larger amount is agreed upon in advance.

2.5.8 For withdrawals exceeding USD 100,000, 66THB may pay out the amount incrementally over ten consecutive months.
2.5.9 To ensure fair gaming, 66THB will review a user's play before processing withdrawals. Irregular or unusual playing patterns may lead to the withholding of withdrawals and confiscation of winnings and bonuses.
2.5.10 For cash deposits and winnings, the user must wager one time before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be limited to the deposited amount if wagering requirements are not met.
2.5.11 For cumulative withdrawals exceeding USD 2,500, users must provide identification documents, including a passport or identity card, a recent utility bill, and, for credit card deposits, copies of the used credit card.

2.5.13 Withdrawals to Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard are not possible.
2.5.14 In accordance with applicable laws, 66THB will remit amounts only to the same account from which funds were initially deposited.
2.5.15 The minimum payout amount is USD 10, and for payouts under USD 50.00, 66THB reserves the right to charge transaction fees.
2.5.16 66THB reserves the right to limit payouts to USD 10,000 per week.
2.6 Closure of User's Member Account
2.6.1 The User has the option to close their account at any time, and 66THB will reimburse all funds from the User's Member Account, with relevant withdrawal charges deducted. Prior to closing the account, the User must cancel any outstanding offers for stakes.
2.6.2 The repayment method is at the absolute discretion of 66THB.
2.6.3 66THB retains the right to close the User's Member Account and refund the 'Available to Bet' balance, deducting any applicable withdrawal charges, at its absolute discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason or prior notice.
2.6.4 If the User does not log into their Member Account using the 'User Name' and 'Password' for a consecutive period of one (1) year, all balances may be withdrawn after a notification has been sent to the registered email address.
2.6.5 66THB reserves the right to withhold and remove any bonuses awarded to the User if they remain unused for a period exceeding 6 months from the award date.
2.6.6 Should a User employ bonus funds to play on games not included in those contributing towards meeting the bonus requirements, 66THB reserves the right to decline withdrawals, retract bonus funds, and eliminate winnings without prior notice. 66THB is authorized to suspend the accounts of players found to be in violation of this rule.
3.1 The User affirms and guarantees that:

3.1.9 The User pledges not to engage in fraudulent, collusive, fixing, or unlawful activities related to their or third parties' Game participation. The use of software-assisted methods or techniques for Game participation is strictly prohibited, and 66THB reserves the right to invalidate the Member Account or Game participation in case of such behavior.
3.1.10 For deposits and withdrawals, the User shall only use valid and lawfully owned credit cards and other financial instruments.
3.1.11 The computer software provided by 66THB is owned by 66THB, third parties, or partners of 66THB, protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. The User is authorized to use the software for personal, recreational purposes, following established rules, terms, and conditions, and in compliance with applicable laws.

3.2 Inactive and Dormant Accounts

15.2 A printed version of this agreement and any notice presented in electronic form shall be considered admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings related to or arising from this agreement, to the same extent and under the same conditions as other business documents and records initially produced and maintained in printed form.
